I originally come from the business world and have over 15 years of experience in the areas of sales, transformation, change and digitalization - including as a facilitator of digitalization workshops and process facilitator in complex change situations.

Today, I work as a certified systemic business coach, mediator and trainer - with the aim of supporting people exactly where change begins: with themselves.
